Before I was born, Dad enlisted from Moscow, Latah County, Idaho. According to the Constitutions of both Idaho and California, Dad was still a citizen of Idaho, serving in the U.S. Army, when I was born since he had never changed his permanent residence. So I claim the rights of a Citizen of Idaho from my birth until Dad retired and established his residence in Washington. Even though my birth occurred on the Presidio of San Francisco and was recorded by the State of California.
