Licensing and Regulatory Functions
- SCF certifies foster homes, and licenses group homes and residential
care agencies.
Functional Relationships
SCF works in partnerships with social
service providers and professionals, law-enforcement, juvenile corrections,
courts, schools and child care advocates to provide services for abused
and neglected children. We advocate for community-based programs
that offer prevention and intervention services for families.
Funding
SCF funding is provided by the Oregon
state legislature, with additional leveraging of federal funds and grants. |
