What is VRD?
The Oregon vocational rehabilitation division (VRD) is a division of the departments of human resources.  It's mission is to assist Oregonians with disabilities to achieve and maintain employment and independence.  The services VRD provides benefits Oregonians and the Oregon economy.  Families remain united, social service costs are reduced and the quality of life for the people with disabilities is improved.  VRD provide services in two programs :

(1) Rehabilitation Services
(2) Disability Determination Services
