Andy Haugen wins 2004 SACT Scholarship
Scappoose High senior plans to attend Linfield College

The 2004 SACT Scholarship has been awared to Scappoose senior Andy Haugen, the son of Middle School Language Arts teacher Judy Haugen. Andy plans to attend Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon. The members of SACT congratulate and send Andy our warmest wishes for success at Linfield.
